What Is the Opportunity?
We work with one of Australia’s largest and committed Aged Care Providers and have multiple Aged Care Facilities seeking great and passionate Assistant in Nursing (AIN's) to join their team on a Permanent Full Time and Part Time basis.
These exciting opportunities to secure more great hours that suit you are available now, working across a range of shifts in the morning, afternoon and evening and each opportunity is tailored to the applicant’s needs.
As an AIN, you will make a positive impact on the lives of our residents with your compassionate and supportive approach, creating a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience.
- Provide personal care assistance with daily living.
- Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans.
- Build relationships with our residents and visitors.
- Maintain accurate health care documentation as required.
- To be successful you will be enthusiastic, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a team environment.
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Individual Support
- Experience in Aged Care (highly regarded)
- An understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
