Key Responsibilities:
- Providing compassionate and high-quality care to our residents
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing and toileting
- Supporting residents with mobility and exercise programs
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding, as necessary
- Monitoring and documenting residents' health status and progress
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care is delivered
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for all residents
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Studying to be a Registered Nurse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Understanding of aged care legislation and regulations
- Computer literacy
